**Job Profile**: Web Marketing Executive.

**Experience required**: 1+ Years and above

**DESIRED PROFILE**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select web development vendors and outsourcing partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to ensure favorable agreements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage multiple outsourced web development projects simultaneously.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
- Monitor expenses and negotiate cost adjustments with vendors as needed.
- Track and report on financial performance of outsourced projects.
- Use project management tools to track project progress and performance metrics.
- Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze project outcomes and vendor performance to inform future outsourcing decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project outsourcing for companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Two wheeler is a must.

**Good to have skills**:
Positive attitude towards learning/challenges/team/etc.

Excellent communicator

Fluent in both spoken and written English ,Kannada

**Age**:Should be below 35 years

Good presentable skills, ability to speak multiple languages, attention to detail would be added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
