Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in Real Estate Industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience in NA Plots Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify and pursue leads for land and plot sales through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
- **Property Presentation**: Showcase available lands and plots to potential buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and legal documents required for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values to provide informed advice to clients.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress, and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of real estate principles and sales techniques. Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and strategies.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- **License**: A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe may be required, depending on local regulations.
- **Drive**: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service to clients.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and business needs.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
