We Are looking for General Manager -Finance and accounts

Location: Taloja Mumbai

**Job Purpose**:
**We are looking for some one with good experience in Project Finance Experience.**
- Contract Management & Financial Control: Participate in review, negotiations and finalization of various project contracts.
- Cost Management: Ensure costs are correctly allocated to Capital Project Costs
- Reporting:Produce monthly Finance Reports within agreed timetables,showing budget,forecast,committed and actual performance against plan with breakdown of costs and written commentary.

**Education Qualifications / Background**

Qualified CA/ICWA only need to apply

**Relevant and Total Years of Experience**
- 15-18 years of Post Qualification experience in Mid to Large sized Corporates,preferably with relevant work experience in Project Finance & Accounts.

**Technical/Functional Expertise**:

- Stare minimum proficiency required on specific technical or functional skills required for the Job Role
- Contracts Management-Persuasive and convincing in commercial negotiations with vendors
- Reporting-Should have good analytical skills and understanding of the numbers
- Costs Management-Should be adept at correct allocation of Project Costs.

Do you have experience in following:

- Project Finance and accounting experience and how many years.
- How many years’ experience in Fund raising, fund management, etc
- Contract Management & Financial Control: Participate in review, negotiations and finalization of various project contracts.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
