Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound and Inbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Explain course offerings clearly and convincingly
- Identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable plans
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead data and call notes in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead nurturing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of telesales or inside sales experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in EdTech or education services is a strong plus
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
