Our Client is a leading medical device company.
- Responsible for installation of devices at customer location.
- Responsible for pre-analytical process set-up and training at the install site.
- Visit the customer site for regular preventive maintenance related tasks.
- Coordinate with the production team to fix mechanical and other issues at the install site.
- Responsible for customer retention.
- Track the usage of all the devices pilot/sale.
- Weekly feedback call to customer/partners.
- Rising issues and tracking them.

**Desired Profile**:

- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in any laboratory discipline.
- 1-5 years of overall work experience in Medical Diagnostic Laboratory.
- Preferably more than 1 year experience of working in Haematology department.
- Preferably experience in medical device maintenance.
- Good understanding and experience of customer interaction

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
