1. Record day-to-day financial transactions (invoices, receipts, etc.)

2. Maintain branch cash book and daily collection reports

3. Handle billing and prepare customer invoices.

4. Monitor daily bank transactions

5. Reconcile bank statements with internal records

6. Prepare and submit branch-wise collection reports.

7. Handle branch petty cash and ensure proper documentation.

8. Assist in preparation and filing of **GST, TDS, and other returns.**

9. Maintain documentation for **audit purposes**.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

11. Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

**Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge of **Oracle / SAP Software.**

2. Proficiency in **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)**

3. Basic knowledge of **GST, TDS & Transport billing systems**.

4. Good communication and follow-up skills

5. Ability to handle **branch-level accounts independently**

**Qualification**:
1. B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.

2. 2+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in transport/logistics industry)

**3. Tamil, English & Hindi Mandatory.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
