**About Sellercapsule**:
Sellercapsule specializes in providing comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including marketplace account management for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. We also offer social media account management, website creation, eCommerce website management, and social media marketing (SMM).

We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Photoshop Operator** to join our team and support our eCommerce and marketing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Image Editing and Retouching**:

- Edit and retouch product images for eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, ensuring they meet marketplace guidelines.
- Optimize images for clarity, color accuracy, and visual appeal to enhance product listings.
- **Creative Design**:

- Create banners, advertisements, and graphics for eCommerce platforms, social media, and websites.
- Design promotional materials for marketing campaigns, including flyers, brochures, and digital creatives.
- **Marketplace and Website Support**:

- Assist in uploading edited product images on marketplaces and websites.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure images align with product descriptions and listing strategies.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain consistency in design and branding across all platforms.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to the company’s quality standards and marketplace requirements.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the eCommerce and social media teams to understand project requirements.
- Provide regular updates on design progress and deliverables.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of other design tools like Illustrator or Canva is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in image editing, graphic design, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of image optimization for eCommerce platforms.
- Attention to detail and creativity in visual design.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with eCommerce marketplaces and their image guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic video editing tools is a bonus.
- Understanding of branding and design principles.
