**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals that align with our brand and client needs. Your duties will include:

- Designing a variety of materials, including digital assets, print materials, social media graphics, web designs, and promotional items.
- Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring designs are consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Creating prototypes and mock-ups for client presentations and internal reviews.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across a range of mediums.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus (optional).
- **Knowledge of Figma design tools and collaborative features will be a significant advantage.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (using After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
