If so, we're looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead our digital initiatives and take our brand to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Design graphics, write posts, and create videos that resonate with our target audience in the fleet management sector.
- Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure regular engagement with followers.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and participate in online conversations related to fleet management, transportation, and logistics.
- **Social Media Strategy & Execution**:

- Collaborate with the Management to develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights (e.g., likes, shares, comments, and website traffic).
- **Brand Awareness & Reputation Management**:

- Ensure that all social media communications are consistent with the company’s brand voice and values.
- Monitor brand mentions, address user feedback, and work proactively to protect the company’s online reputation.
- **Paid Social Advertising**:

- Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to support lead generation and driver acquisition goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results**.**:

- **Industry Research & Trends**:

- **Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fleet management, digital marketing, and social media best practices.**:

- Monitor competitor social media activity and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in a B2B environment (ideally in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different platforms and audiences.
- A creative mindset with the ability to design visually engaging content (basic graphic design skills preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- A passion for staying on top of social media trends and innovations.
