**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across radio, TV, and newspapers.
- Identify and secure prime hoarding locations to maximize brand visibility.
- Manage the overall advertising budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and spending.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling and effective advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.
- Maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate contracts and rates.
- Ensure all advertisements align with the brand's image and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in advertising and the jewellery industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of various advertising platforms and media buying.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver effective advertising strategies.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using advertising analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working specifically with jewellery brands.
- Established network within the media and advertising industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
