**Job Title**: Brand Promoter

Location: Khar

Experience: 2-4 years

The Brand Promoter is responsible for representing and promoting the brand to increase its visibility and generate interest in the company’s products or services. This role involves engaging with potential customers, distributing marketing materials, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in promotional events. The Brand Promoter acts as the face of the brand, fostering positive customer relationships and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Representation**: Act as the public face of the brand, representing the company's values and image in a positive manner during events, promotions, and interactions with customers.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with potential customers in person and via digital platforms to promote products or services. Provide product demonstrations, answer questions, and create a positive experience that encourages interest in the brand.
- **Event Participation**: Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, in-store promotions, and other marketing events to showcase the brand. Ensure promotional materials and displays are well-organized and effectively presented.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay well-informed about the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, and differentiators. Use this knowledge to educate potential customers and answer inquiries confidently.
- **Distribution of Marketing Materials**: Hand out brochures, samples, coupons, or other promotional materials to increase awareness of the brand and encourage customer purchases.
- **Sales Support**: Drive sales by effectively promoting products or services, encouraging customers to make purchases, and providing support during the buying process.
- **Brand Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the marketing team about consumer behavior, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- **Social Media Promotion**: Support the brand’s digital marketing efforts by sharing content on social media platforms and encouraging audience engagement.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on promotional activities, customer feedback, and event outcomes. Track and measure the effectiveness of promotional efforts in driving brand awareness and sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure promotional efforts are aligned with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a brand promotion, sales, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of customers.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for promoting products and interacting with people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
