**VCM Programmer**
- **Process Understanding**:

- Developing machining processes for various components, which includes determining the most efficient and accurate way to machine parts.
- **CAM Programming**:
Creating **Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)** programs using tools like **NX CAM** or **Solid CAM** to generate machining instructions for CNC machines.
- **2D Programming** refers to creating toolpaths for 2D machining tasks, like contouring, drilling, pocketing, etc.
- **Fixture Design and Manufacturing**:
Designing and making **fixtures** (customized devices) to securely hold components during machining, ensuring precision and repeatability.Setting up the machining center by:

- **Production Setup**:

- Installing and calibrating fixtures.
- Configuring machine parameters.
