**Here is the Job Description for the Virtual Assistant/Process Associate Position**:
**Job Profile**:

- A Process Associate/Virtual Assistant at Ultrashield Technology deployed to engage with one or more US-based clients.
- The role is a full-time **(WORK FROM OFFICE)**
- The role would require working in the US time zone **(8pm to 5am).**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Process Associate, you will work closely with one or more clients on either one or more of the following tasks:

- Project Management
- Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting
- CRM and Lead Management
- Online Research
- Lead Generation
- Data Management
- Social Media Management
- Cold Calling
- Market Research
- Admin Tasks
