**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Teaching IELTS, PTE including spoken English and grammar to the students.
- Training students to acquire their respective desired scores and develop excellent service.
- Making teaching plans for the IELTS & PTE Program.
- Develop Curriculum for IELTS (Mock Tests, Assignments, Content, Teaching Materials i.e. PPT & Videos etc.)
- Go Live on Instagram/YouTube for discussion.
- Organizing doubts solving classes and master classes.
- Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
- Attend walk-ins, telephonic queries and calling on leads for IELTS & PTE.
- To ensure the Drop Out rate post joining classes is mínimal / within prescribed limits and achievement of high Retention rates of joined students.
- To ensure timely corrective action is taken to resolve all challenges faced by the students.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IELTS & PTE Teaching is recommended.
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

**Qualifications & Key Skills**
- Preferably 2 - 3 Years of IELTS Teaching Experience
- Excellent proficiency in the IELTS Modules (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
- Ability to retain the interest of learners in the classOnline and offline teaching skills.
- Presentable and equipped with student handling skills
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
