**Job Title: English Speaking Trainer**

**Location**: Noida Sector 62, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Work from office only)

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Week Off**: Rotational Week Off (1 day off per week)

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct English-speaking training sessions** for individuals or groups, focusing on improving speaking, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- **Train students for IELTS and PTE** exams, covering all sections of the test (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- **Take demo sessions** for prospective students, showcasing the quality and effectiveness of the training.
- **Record every class** using Google Meet to ensure the lessons are accessible for students to revisit and practice.
- **Develop engaging lessons** and training materials tailored to meet the needs of individual students and exam preparation.
- **Assess students’ language proficiency** and offer personalized feedback and improvement strategies.
- **Track student progress** and prepare reports for management.
- **Organize and participate in training events** or workshops to enhance student learning experiences.
- **Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies** and incorporate them into sessions.
- **Ability to take both online and offline classes**, adjusting the delivery to suit the mode of learning.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in English-speaking training or similar educational roles.
- Strong proficiency in **English language** (both spoken and written).
- Ability to **explain concepts clearly** and patiently.
- **Experience with both online and offline training**, with the ability to manage virtual classrooms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
- **Good technical skills**, including the ability to record lessons on Google Meet and manage class tools efficiently.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- A positive attitude and a passion for teaching.

**Desirable Skills**:

- **Certification** in English language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL).
- Experience with diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Knowledge of **advanced teaching tools** and resources.
- Familiarity with exam formats for **IELTS and PTE**.
