Core Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom or online.
- Understanding customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry.
- Explaining product features, craftsmanship, and pricing.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on jewelry styles and trends.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge and Display**:

- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the jewelry collection, including materials, design, and value.
- Ensuring the showroom is well-presented and displays are attractive and organized.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends and designs.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Closing sales and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory management.
- Ensuring accurate records of stock levels.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
