Sales and Marketing

Location: Western India (Vadodara)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualification: Graduate in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% aggregate

Industry: Engineering / Process Equipment / Skid Packages

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Activities:
Conduct market research and develop target customer databases

Perform regular customer visits and represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and conferences

Prepare techno-commercial proposals for skid-mounted process units

Participate in customer and vendor negotiations to close deals on techno-commercial terms

Assist in registering the company with EPCs, consultants, licensors, and LSTK contractors

Work towards achieving monthly and annual revenue targets

Technical & Coordination Tasks:
Prepare and review:
P&ID, PFD, Data Sheets

Cause & Effect Matrix, Process Interlocks

Test Reports, Process Calculations

Understand and interpret mechanical drawings

Coordinate with projects, design, service, and sales teams

Liaise with vendors for procurement and finalization of technical-commercial offer

Team & Client Coordination:
Support Sales Engineers, Service Staff, and Regional Agents

Participate in kick-off meetings, client interactions, and supplier discussions

Additional Requirements:
Must be open to extensive travel

Strong technical understanding, communication, and customer relationship management skills
