**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Experienced in filing Title claims with Original Title company to resolve Title issues
- Review assets at a minimum of every 15 days for Title resolution status with the Title company
- Coordinate with Title company and Foreclosure attorney firm on the Title issue and the resolution thereof.
- Solid knowledge of Default Servicing process, Title document review, and real estate terminology
- Strong understanding of Liens, Legal Description, Superior and junior liens and Mortgage documents and researching documents through online(netronline)
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong ability to document conversations accurately and interpret data
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients/vendors
