**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough title searches and examinations for properties across all states in the USA.

Perform full searches, current owner searches, and other types of title searches as required.

Utilise various title search software and online databases to obtain necessary information.

Analyse and compile search results into comprehensive reports for clients.

Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues found during the search process.

Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of all title searches.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Title Insurance Search.

Proficiency in using title search software and online databases such as Netronline, Titlepoint, DataTrace, TDI, Fidlar, DataTree etc.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in night shifts to align with US time zones.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Familiarity with additional title search tools such as Simplifile, CSC Global, Courthouse Retrieval System (CRS), and Property Insight.

Experience in handling various types of title searches, including foreclosure searches, judgment searches, and lien searches.

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the USA.
