**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets
- Plan and prioritize production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and waste reduction
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Lead and train production team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in fabrication production supervision
- Experience in bridge bearing and expansion joints manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and tools
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹8,870.67 - ₹20,321.16 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
