Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our fabrication production processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets
    • Plan and prioritize production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation
    • Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and waste reduction
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
    • Lead and train production team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
    • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

Requirements:

    • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering
    • 5-10 years of experience in fabrication production supervision
    • Experience in bridge bearing and expansion joints manufacturing preferred
    • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and tools
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Note: No candidate will be entertained who have Bachelors degree as we clearly mentioned that only ITI or Diploma are required for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹20,321.16 per month
