**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and supervise a team of workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and productivity.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and ensure they are met consistently.
- **Production Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of rice production, from receiving raw materials to packaging finished products.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to implement improvements and prevent defects.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct safety training for employees and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety, production, and compliance.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Implement best practices and new technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the rice industry or food manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of rice production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
