Require Interior Design Faculty to lead the department & teach Students of B. Design in Interior Design (4 Year degree Program) & 2 Years Diploma Course at our college.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Must able to work as a HOD
- Must be capable to handle all the operational activities of the department
- Scheduling & coordinating with other faculties to improve overall performance of students.
- Must be able to teach the complete pipeline involved in residential, commercial & hospitality materials from concept to final design along with material selection.
- Must be technically sound in software's like AutoCAD & Sketch-up.
- Plan and deliver lessons in an interesting and effective manner in accordance with the curriculum.
- Conduct classroom sessions, labs, online sessions, and provide one
- to-one guidance and counseling to the students.
- Provide timely feedback to students on their assignments, internal test and projects.
- Monitor the student performance.
- Promote new concepts, designs, systems and out of the box thinking for teaching process.
- Comfortable in working with deadlines.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Degree/ Diploma in Interior design.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
