Roles and Responsibilities:

- Performing various tasks related to legal matters in a company
- Assist Preparing legal letters, agreements including payment related Agreement, software Agreement etc.
- Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interests
- Handling lawsuits of the company
- Report preparation/MIS tracker for assessment and presentation before the senior officials
- Filing lawsuits in the court for the company
- Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
- Assist in verify the contracts, Executing the legal documents.
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
- Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
- Check KYC and Agreement for our Merchants and maintain Excel
- Keep check on records for expire Agreement Expiry date and high light time to time.
- Responsible for the execution of documentation and maintain the MIS for the same.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Having experience in litigation and 3 to 4 years of experience in non-litigation in corporate Fintech preferred.
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
- Assist in verification of KYC and other legal document
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Outstanding communication skills
- LLB
- Ability to handle and work under pressure
- Experience should be more than 3 to 4 yrs

**Salary**: From ₹200,000.00 per year
