**Executive - Billing & Collections**
Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate invoices to customers. Ensure that all billing details are correctly captured, including pricing, discounts, and terms of service.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, or complaints raised by customers. Ensure prompt communication and resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts. Develop and execute plans for handling delinquent accounts and work with the legal department when necessary.
Prepare and present regular reports on billing and collections status, including aging reports and outstanding receivables. Provide insights to management on trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure billing and collections processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and financial regulations. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing clear communication and excellent service. Help resolve issues that may arise related to billing or payment collection.
Ensure that the billing and collection systems are updated with the latest customer information, payment terms, and transaction history. Collaborate with IT to enhance system functionality as needed.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per year
