**Job Title: Collection Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Collection**:

- Efficiently and proactively collect pending payments from clients on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment status for each client.
- **Communication**:

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients professionally.
- **Client Relationship**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance the collection process.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing assistance when necessary.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Implement a systematic follow-up strategy to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Keep detailed notes on all client interactions and follow-up activities.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate and submit regular reports on collection activities and outstanding payments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall efficiency of the collection process.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and accounts, to gather relevant information for effective collection efforts.
- Communicate any potential issues affecting collections to the relevant departments.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Collection Executive or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with debt collection procedures and practices.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- **Negotiation Skills**:

- Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure timely payments.
- **Organization Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Effective problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find solutions.
- **Technology Skills**:

- Competency in using relevant software for communication and record-keeping.
- **Persistence**:

- Demonstrated persistence and resilience in achieving collection targets.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
