Furniture Designer (3D CAD) [2.4-3LPA or Higher depends on the interview]

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Create accurate and detailed 3D models of furniture using AutoCAD software, adhering to client specifications and project requirements.

Ø Develop conceptual sketches and renderings to visualize design concepts and present them to clients for approval.

Ø Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to understand project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.

Ø Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.

Ø Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and components necessary for furniture fabrication.

Ø Conduct research on emerging design trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Ø Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, addressing any design-related queries or challenges that may arise during project execution.

Ø Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, and other departments, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Ø Maintain accurate documentation of design iterations, revisions, and project correspondence for reference and record-keeping purposes.

Ø Adhere to industry standards and best practices for furniture design, including safety regulations, ergonomic principles, and sustainability considerations.

Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related field.

Ø Proven experience in furniture design and 3D modelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work

Ø Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar 3D modelling software, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and tools.

Ø Solid understanding of furniture construction techniques, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Ø Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and project constraints.

Ø Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in design practices.

Ø Knowledge of other design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or SolidWorks is a plus.

Ø Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
