PPC and Bom

We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage both **Production Planning & Control (PPC)** and **Bill of Materials (BOM)** creation for our custom furniture manufacturing unit in Manesar.

This is a **dual-function role** ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional coordination, planning accuracy, and structured documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Production Planning & Control (PPC)**:

- Plan and schedule production based on order pipeline and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and factory teams for smooth operations
- Monitor production progress, track job orders, and identify delays or gaps
- Maintain daily and weekly reports for production tracking and performance

**Bill of Materials (BOM)**:

- Create and maintain accurate BOMs based on design and technical drawings
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure correct material specs
- Update BOM versions as per changes in design or material
- Enter BOM details in ERP system and assist in inventory forecasting

**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in furniture or modular manufacturing industry
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an added advantage
- Highly organized, process-driven, and able to multitask independently

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
