
Reservations/ Sales: Hotel

**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process all reservation inquiries accurately, ensuring all details are captured.
- Assist guests with booking rooms, including special requests, room types, and durations of stay.
- Update the Property Management System (PMS) and online reservation platforms with booking details.
- Address reservation cancellations, changes, and no-shows in compliance with hotel policies.
- Proactively communicate with guests about their reservation status, including any special requests or issues.
- Assist in meeting the hotel's sales and revenue targets by actively upselling and cross-selling hotel services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.
- Support the sales and marketing team in creating promotional material and campaigns.
- Participate in sales calls, trade shows, and promotional events as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and to fulfill special requests.
**Profile Requirements**:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Previous experience in reservations, sales, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and achieve sales targets.
- High attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent time management.
- Ability to resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in English is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
