**Position**: Recruiter (Fresher)

**Recruitment Type**: Non-IT and IT Recruitment

**Location**: Work from Office

**Shift Timings**: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

**Work Days**: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use recruitment platforms and tools effectively for talent acquisition.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
