**Job Title: International Telesales.**

**Location: E-20, Sector-3 Noida.**

**Department: Sales and Marketing**

**Reports To: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential international clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Service Promotion**: Clearly and effectively explain the benefits of our digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- **Follow-ups**: Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and ensure cohesive communication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related role, preferably in an international market /domestic market too.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in different time zones as per the target market.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
