We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Tele caller to join our team. As a Real Estate Tele caller, you will be responsible for calling potential customers to promote our real estate properties and services, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our real estate properties and services

Generate leads and set appointments for our sales team

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation quotas

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service/sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus
