1. Releasing production plan for Plants and OPC for M+3 (4) months basis the agreed logic and forecasting inputs.

2. Preparing Priority plan for Plants and supporting compliance by 15th of the month.

3. MIS tracking production plan compliance and priority plan compliance to be shared daily.

4. Releasing monthly forecast coverage report with reasons for any deficit.

**RM Purchase Planning**

1. Sharing RM requirement for local and imported purchase for M+3 (4) months basis generated production plan.

2. MIS tracking RM /PM coverage for supporting plan compliance to be shared on alternate days for Plants.

3. Sharing monthly FG Plan vs Actual MIS along with summary on plan non-compliance reasons (attributable to planning, purchase or plant.)

4. Sharing monthly RM Master and RM inventory analysis report.

**SPI generation & MIS**

1. TOPS MIS collation and circulation

2. SPI generation for 6 months in October and Next FY in Feb

3. Monthly Circulation of FG master with relevant stakeholders.

**Spares coverage**

1. Generating Production plan as per pending tickets, orders and RSL norms

2. Deployment planning to HUB and billing location in coordination with commercial / servicing team.

**Master Data Management**

1. Ensuring creation of FG, Spare and RM code with in defined SLAs.

2. BOM creation and updating

**ISO compliance for Planning**

Understanding ISO requirement and implement in planning function.
