**About The Organization**

Jan Jagran Kendra, or JJK, as it is popularly known, spells its philosophy, essence and methodology in its name, as if one breath and soul. To be specific, the founders of JJK believed that unless people awake and arise, very little development in true sense can take place. Knowing this JJK has been emphasizing on the need for the change in consciousness and attitude along with development, welfare, relief and physical growth.

JJK along with its conventional developmental programmes has educated the community so that it can undertake and complete similar activities independently in the future. Additionally, JJK from its very inception worked towards helping people in raising their voice against exploitation, corruption and social evils that arise out of blind faith and ignorance.

JJK is a people’s organization. Any activity, be it that of health or of education, involve people from the planning stage to its implementation in a manner that its success is scientifically analysed and the implementers are answerable and socially accountable.

**About The Project**

The major focus of the initiative is to mitigate the poverty conditions which are now becoming acute against the backdrop of decreasing farm productivity and vulnerability to economic shocks. The Program seeks to support the village communities by meeting their credit needs to improve livelihoods means. This is being done through, farmers and youth groups. This initiative is strengthening other components of the project such as promotion of integrated farming, alternative cropping, horticulture and usage of advanced techniques. Watershed development and improvement of community and school infrastructure, safe drinking water, Solar Energy and social energy also got major boost under the project.

The project involves making technical and new technology knowledge to the farmers. Potential women to be identify for enterprise development, Adolescent to be skill on their rights and life skill for their better future. Infrastructure development of the village and renewable energy and best practice to be adopted by the rural community. The Success of the project shall lead to livelihood improvement of 2000+ rural farmers in the short terms and potentially millions in the long term.

- 01 : - Post graduation in Rural Management/Development/Social Sciences with at least 02 years of working experience of similar Nature of Project.

**Job description**
- Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations.
- To maintain and establish proper liasoning through sharing of experience with Funder/government functionaries at block and district level.
- Regularly monitor donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization.
- Regular update and maintain MIS of all the projects of the organisation.
- Maintain a website and regularly update it with information about organization’s work.
- Assist the Head of the organization in writing concept notes, project ideas and project proposals and ensure their timely submission.
- Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organization.
- Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization.
- Maintain relationships with exiting donors and respond to their request regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization.
- To maintain a healthy relationship with all the stakeholders at block and community level.
- To do supportive supervision of field workers and maintain a healthy relationship with team members.
- Closely track the progress of the project and deliverables.
- Organize or provide assistance in organizing any fundraising events for the organization.
- Suggest other innovative ideas for effective resource mobilization.
- Creation Daily/weekly/monthly reporting in excel.
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes
- Understanding and analyzing new data for the purpose of identifying trends and providing insights
- Prepare dashboards and facilitate data review sessions during regular project performance review meetings
- Liaise with project staff, partners and the team to obtain the most up-to-date and quality data, ensure data consistency in multiple systems, ensure data review and validation and continually update integrations between partner systems
