**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Understanding Hiring Needs** - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements for IT roles.
- **Offer Management** - Assist in offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education** - Any degree (preferably in HR, IT, or Business Administration).
- **Knowledge of IT Hiring** - Basic understanding of IT roles (e.g., Software Developer, Cloud Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.).
- **Communication Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication.

**Recruitment Tools** - Familiarity with **job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools (if any)**.
- **Ability to Work Under Pressure** - Handling multiple job openings at the same time.
- **Willingness to Learn** - Interest in **technical recruitment, sourcing strategies, and HR processes**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
