**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base through effective inside sales strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development role
- Experience in CRM software is a plus
**Salary**: ₹10,126.44 - ₹29,468.83 per month
