LMM is an evidence-based AI-powered technological platform that acts as an exclusive Guide and an Enabler to identify, understand, and build every child’s physical, psychological, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual self. LMM creates a systematic and efficient communication channel to bridge the gap between parents, family, peers, educators, and experts, each drawing from varied facets of the child’s living experience, at home, in school, and the outside world.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Conduct psychological assessments and tests for students
- Educate and recommend engagements and actions to respond to specific behaviour and experiences of the child
- Develop and individualized treatment plan for each child
- Educate family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to their certain behaviour
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments
- Guide the development and implement a competitive school counseling program that focuses on and promotes students’ success
- Value and respond to the diversity and individual differences of students
- Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students
- Provide direct support services through structured conventions
- Provide group or individual responsive services
- Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, community organisations and other stakeholders
- Perform assessments, interpret tests and study student records
- Gather and analyse data to measure results

**Performance Coach Requirements**:

- Masters's degree in School Counseling. Masters preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Several years practical experience working with children in a clinical setting may be strongly desired
- Must be approachable and emphatic for children to be comfortable working with you
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
- Proven working experience in school counseling
- Integrity and professionalism
- Advocacy skills
- Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse student pool
- Working knowledge of various counseling models, practices and resources
- Engaging interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to collect and analyze data
- Computer literacy
- Sound judgment and emotional intelligence
