**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Operative Preparation**:

- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment before each procedure.
- Ensure that the operation theatre is clean, organized, and stocked with required surgical supplies.
- Assist in preparing patients for surgery, including positioning, draping, and monitoring pre-surgical conditions.
- Set up and verify the proper functionality of surgical instruments, monitoring devices, and imaging equipment (e.g., C-Arm for Orthopedics).
- **Intra-Operative Assistance**:

- Assist surgeons and surgical teams by handing instruments, holding tissues, and maintaining sterile technique throughout the operation.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide support during complex surgeries in orthopedics, MOT, TOT, and NSOT.
- Maintain continuous communication with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
- Ensure proper safety protocols and infection control measures are followed.
- **Post-Operative Care**:

- Assist in transferring patients from the operating table to recovery.
- Clean and sterilize all surgical instruments post-procedure.
- Ensure the proper disposal of biohazardous waste and manage the cleaning of the operation theatre.
- **Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot OT equipment and instruments, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the supervisor for immediate repair or replacement.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the surgical team, nurses, and other hospital staff to ensure a seamless surgical process.
- Maintain accurate records related to surgical procedures and patient care.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
