We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Operations Compliance Coordinator**to join our team at K&A Engineering in **Sanepa-02, Lalitpur, Nepal.** In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. **Role Expectations**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand contract terms and obligations, and to communicate necessary changes or amendments.
- Monitor contract performance and track compliance to ensure requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database or tracking system for all contracts, including key milestones and deadlines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures related to contract management and compliance.
- Work closely with Operations manager on procurement and purchasing to ensure alignment between contracts and procurement processes.
- Support departmental collaboration to enhance operational workflow efficiency and effectiveness.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
- Minimum of one years of experience in contract management, legal review, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
