- Correct discrepancies in account balances.
- Maintaining records of specific information about the client like complaints, queries, reports and updates.
- Report promptly to superiors for any irregularities.
- Accomplish tasks within time limit and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Meet productivity and quality targets on daily/monthly basis.
