**About Us**:
**Job Overview**:
As an Executive in Client Relations, you will be responsible for engaging with clients on the floor, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will play a vital role in addressing client queries, managing retail operations, handling the cash counter, and facilitating wholesale transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Greet and assist clients on the floor, providing product information and recommendations.
- Ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for retail customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- **Query Resolution**:

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve client issues effectively.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- **Retail Operations**:

- Oversee daily retail operations, including managing inventory levels and restocking shelves.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events and displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Cash Counter Management**:

- Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments and providing change.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
- **Wholesale Support**:

- Collaborate with wholesale clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Facilitate wholesale transactions, including order processing and delivery coordination.
- Ensure seamless communication between wholesale clients and internal teams.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail and/or wholesale operations, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic retail software.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Nashik, Nashik, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
