Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The Operations Executive will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, managing resources, and implementing strategies to meet business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee daily operations, including but not limited to inventory management, procurement, logistics, and facilities management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow across departments.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to drive success.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and service providers to support operational needs.
- Analyze operational data and trends to forecast future needs and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of operations management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
