**General Description**:

- Monitor Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and budgets, prepare monthly forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
Maintain cash flow and ensure healthy bank balances.
Manage costing records, perform reconciliations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate internal, statutory, and cost audits; address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Conduct stock audits and fixed asset verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance with tax regulations.
Track capital expenditure and project progress; provide financial insights during unit meetings.
Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue targets and profitability.
Utilize ERP systems to manage financial data, generate reports, and maintain transaction accuracy.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, job workers, and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Generate MIS reports and provide recommendations to enhance unit performance and profitability.

**General Description**
- Responsible for financial planning, analysis, and budget monitoring at the manufacturing unit.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with statutory and internal financial regulations.
Manage costing, reconciliation, and tax compliance activities, including GST.
Support sales teams with financial insights to meet revenue targets.
Oversee stock and fixed asset audits to maintain inventory and asset accuracy.
Use ERP systems for integrated financial data management and reporting.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for operational efficiency.
Prepare and present detailed MIS reports for unit performance tracking.
