**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design work.
- Collaborate with teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Create mockups, wireframes, and final deliverables using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
- Edit short
- and long-form video content for social media, ads, internal communications, and product explainers.
- Add graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and subtitles.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Work with raw footage and repurpose existing content into new video formats.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1 year or more as a graphic designer and video editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and branding.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of animation/motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
