**Job Description - Team Lead: Video Editor & Graphic Designer**

**Position**: Team Lead - Video Editor & Graphic Designer
**Location**: Brandquake, Amritsar /
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Creative & Technical Work**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional content, advertisements, social media videos, and corporate projects.
- Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new techniques into design and video editing workflows.

**Team Leadership & Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of video editors and graphic designers.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide constructive feedback and quality checks to maintain creative excellence.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's creative and technical skills.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the **marketing, content, and social media teams** to develop impactful visual content.
- Communicate effectively with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and make necessary revisions.
- Clearly articulate creative ideas, design concepts, and video strategies to team members and clients.
- Handle client interactions professionally and address feedback efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor & Graphic Designer** with team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.**:

- Strong storytelling ability and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.**:

- Experience in managing branding, advertising, or social media projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.
