**Social Media Marketing Executive (Female)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Social Media Marketing**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create visual and written content, including banners, posts, and captions aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate trends into marketing strategies.
- **Community Management**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media promptly.
- Foster a positive online presence and maintain customer relationships.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members to execute campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments for campaign approvals and updates.

**Front Desk Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Management**:

- Greet visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain office records, schedules, and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and other events.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide basic information about the company and its services to walk-in clients.
- Collect and record visitor information for internal use.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (6 months to 1 years preferred).
- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office management tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

**Work Location**:
Work From Office/ Lakdi ka Pool, Hyderabad, Telangana

**Work Hours**:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,677.24 - ₹14,999.00 per month

**Benefits**:
