Ui/ux Designer

**Role: Sr. UX & UI Designer**

Function: UX Design Architecture
Type: Full time

Location: Kalyan

1. Interview and gather requirements from various clients/stakeholders.
2. Conduct user research and research reports.
3. Give structure to the raw information, process the information using UX methods to
come-up with logical flows and working prototype.
5. **Deliver high level working prototype with interaction and user stories for complex use cases.**
6. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
7. Create design style guides from scratch for brands.
8. Design creative visuals and graphical user interface.
9. Follow standard procedures for each design step.
10. Collect and document feedback from Clients & ensure its implementation.
11. Manage and ensure smooth communication between external and internal
stakeholders.
Must have for this position:
1. Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent certification in design.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product design.
3. An expert in requirement gathering, conceptualization, prototyping, presenting, and
delivering UX solutions.
4. An understanding of user research methodologies.
6. Strong verbal and writing skills, ability to tell a story around an experience or solution
7. Attention to details. Good listener. Good observer.
8. **Expert in Figma, XD, Miro and other design tools.**
9. PASSIONATE ABOUR CREATING DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE.

**Salary**: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
