Tele Caller Executive

As a Telecaller Executive at Winterberry Dreamspace LLP, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and ultimately convert leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or database. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to meet sales targets.
Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers through effective questioning techniques. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further follow-up.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Winterberry Dreamspace LLP's products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Articulate product/service details accurately to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. Establish rapport to create a conducive environment for sales conversations.
Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, providing suitable explanations or solutions to alleviate doubts and objections. Overcome resistance and objections to progress towards closing sales.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls with potential customers who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase decision yet. Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Continuously strive to improve personal and team performance through self-assessment and feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
High level of resilience and perseverance in a target-driven environment.
Prior knowledge of the real estate industry or related sectors is advantageous.
**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
