- KRA1
- Supervise shift operations of fibre manufacturing effectively and provide directions to plant operators / technicians.
- KRA10
- Train workers for operation SOPs, WCM, SHE and other industry practices.
- KRA2
- To maintain and control shift operations of equipment locally on the floor and centrally on DCS based on the process requirement.
- KRA3
- Ensure shift operations are carried out as per defined SOPs. Shift process parameters are within defined limit. Trouble shoot as per SOPs in case of emergency and inform superiors.
- KRA4
- Supervise and ensure adherence to all safety norms during shift operations.
- KRA5
- Ensure reliable operational records are maintained for shift operations. To ensure that process parameters are recorded for historical purposes and to document performance metrics for the plant performance.
- KRA6
- Participate in annual budget preparation and development of capital improvement projects with the process section heads.
- KRA7
- Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions and relay those instructions to subordinate employees and other Shift Engineers on subsequent shifts.
- KRA8
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown & preventive maintenance schedules.
- KRA9
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs for business excellence i.e. WCM, Sustainability, Safety in shift operations.

3-5 Years
