Job Title: In-House Store Executive

Location: Mumbai - Miraraod

Overview:
Naseem Perfumes, a renowned name in the fragrance industry, is seeking an In-House Store
operations within our retail store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through
effective merchandising and product knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect fragrance based on their preferences and occasion.
- Provide expert advice on scent families, notes, and fragrance combinations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.

2. Store Operations:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security measures.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest fragrance trends, product launches, and industry developments.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Naseem Perfumes' product range, including ingredients,
formulations, and packaging.
- Educate customers on the unique characteristics and benefits of each fragrance.
- Conduct fragrance testing sessions and facilitate scent exploration for customers.

4. Sales and Targets:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and driving conversion.
- Recommend complementary products and upsell premium offerings to maximize sales
opportunities.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close transactions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse
customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of fragrance ingredients, families, and terminology is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management is a
plus.
